Stave Church Panel: Template Making

After construction of the clay model, It was decided to skip the casting stage and move directly to preparing the stone for carving. Changes and adjustments that had been made in the clay model would need to be mapped with a new template. After the template is applied it is drawn on the stone and traced in with a point. Then void spaces are mapped out and drill guide holes are set for the router use that will come later.
